- Client galleries and deliverables: up to 24 months after delivery (unless you request earlier removal or we agree to a different timeline in writing)
- RAW files and outtakes: up to 12 months after final delivery (unless we agree otherwise in writing)
- Contracts, invoices, and tax records: up to 7 years (or as required by applicable law)
- Marketing list information (if applicable): until you unsubscribe or request removal

This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies to our business, or to the extent we choose to honor these rights voluntarily.
